SALLY HUNTER-MADUBUKO

I joined Tummy2 mummy in 2018 and I feel really privileged and excited to be part of such a fantastic team.
I first met Donna in 1997 whilst I was waiting to start my Midwifery Degree she kindly showed me around the labour room and showed me how to check a placenta. {scary but it didn’t put me off).
I started my Midwifery journey at University of central England in 1997 and qualified as a Millennium Midwife in 2000.
I spent a large part of my midwifery journey at Heartlands Hospital mainly on the delivery suite, gaining New born life support and Advanced resuscitation of the New born skills; until 2007 when I transferred to community. Supporting women through their pregnancy child birth and postpartum was so lovely seeing families through the whole journey during this time I did lots of bank shifts on delivery suite as I love the excitement of Delivery suite.
