DEBBIE PETTIFOR

Hi I am Debbie I obtained a BSc honours degree in midwifery in 2004 from Coventry University where I practised as a midwife in all areas antenatal, postnatal and Labour ward at University Hospital Coventry.

In 2007 I completed a post graduate certificate in New Born Infant examination, I was part of the team that set up the examination clinic for newborns, I enjoyed this part of my role completing the babies examinations and supporting the new mums.

In 2009 I began my post graduation certificate in Obstetric Sonography at Birmingham University. I completed the course and am now qualified in all aspects of obstetric sonography that includes: Anomalies, Nuchals, all pregnancy and gynaecology scans.

In 2013 I joined tummy2mummy team and with this I undertook further training at Sheffield University to enhance my scanning skills.
