Gynaecology Scan

A Gynaecological Pelvic Scan is an ultrasound examination of the female reproductive organs and is typically performed when a patient is not pregnant.

This scan may be recommended if you are experiencing symptoms such as pelvic pain, lower abdominal pain, irregular bleeding, or other gynaecological concerns. It can provide valuable information about the uterus, ovaries, and surrounding pelvic structures to help identify any underlying issues.

The examination is performed as a transvaginal ultrasound by a qualified and experienced Sonographer or Midwife with specialist expertise in gynaecological imaging. This method provides detailed images and allows for a thorough assessment of the pelvic organs.

Price: £120

A £60 deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable at your appointment.



The cost of the scan includes digital copies of your ultrasound images and a detailed report, which will be sent to you following your appointment. If required, your report can also be forwarded directly to your healthcare provider or clinic.
