Late Reassurance / Presentation Scan

Available from 13 weeks to term.

Our Late Reassurance and Presentation Scan offers expectant parents valuable reassurance about their baby's wellbeing and development, while providing another special opportunity to bond with their baby before birth.

During the scan, we will assess your baby's overall wellbeing, take measurements to monitor growth and development, and review the placental position and amniotic fluid levels.

This scan can provide reassurance that your baby is progressing as expected throughout pregnancy.

From 36 weeks onwards, the scan can also be used to determine your baby's position (presentation).

 If there is any uncertainty about whether your baby is head-down or breech, ultrasound can accurately confirm their position, as well as provide an estimate of their size and growth.

Appointments last up to 20 minutes and include a complimentary black-and-white glossy print.

We also offer a free 4D preview during your appointment, although image quality may be limited in later pregnancy depending on your baby's position.
